Ohhh, hopefully this is not a nail in the coffin for Oaks Park.. not that it was a good thing that it happened.

She thought it was kind of fun and rather unique ride until her mom informed her it wasn't. When mom hired a lawyer, the girl learned she had problems she didn't even realize she had. Problems akin to those who are subjected to long periods of battle. Then she was supplied 'catch words & phases' to reinforce her PTSD. Did I miss anything?

if one is going to sue for trauma, one is better off waiting a while and establishing a pattern of lost sleep, PTSD, etc. That's hard to establish within a couple weeks of the incident in question.
