This was probably my favorite mission in the game, I would like to see a game entirely centered around the vietnam war
-
I’m glad you kept the music. This scene without the music is like eating pizza without tomato sauce
-
This mission literally took the term “Vietnam Flashbacks” to a whole new level.
-
It’s the song that makes this mission an absolute joy.
-
That moment when you start to lift off and Magic Carpet Ride begins to play..... beautiful
-
The intro is the best scene in the game so far
-
Fracture Jaw mission in Black Ops Cold War was set in January 26, 1968, 5 days after Black Ops 1 mission "S.O.G" and 7 days before the mission "The Defector" took place in Black Ops 1
-
I want a campaign extension that’s just Adlers time in Nam with Sims
-
Finally, M16A1 and M60 without any attachments
-
Magic Carpet Ride - Steppenwolf haven’t seen too many comments with the song name so here
-
I wish the whole game was as good as the beginning of this mission.
-
Knew this game is a masterpiece at 1:58
-
Good Morning Vietnam~~~
-
Imagine if CoD is like ARMA where you can ride any vehicles, cooperate with other players beat the enemy bots, role play of course, etc.
-
Imagine a COD game souly centered around Vietnam. With CCR, Steppenwolf, Guess Who, The Rolling Stones, and The Doors as the main soundtrack. That would be fucking insane.
-
One of the best opening scenes in a game
-
I was so sad when the song ended
-
As soon as I heard this music, I knew this game was legendary
-
the choppers have 4 blades on the main vertical lift rotors, but the hueys had on 2 during the Vietnam war. With that said, the Bell 412EP helicopters where the first to have 4 main rotor blades which came in production in 1981, so their about 12-14 years ahead of schedule.

After replaying this for the 2nd go round.. all you can say is “THEY PLAYED US LIKE A DAMN FIDDLE!!!”
