  • I can't say if watching Brian Tracy speak is watching a video or doing a meditation that makes you feel so much better and positive. In simple words, I feel like I didn't watch a video, rather I just meditated.

I had to listen to this video like three times. Why? Because one of my bad habits is procrastination, and it’s easy to just watch a great video with amazing information, but doing it is a whole other thing. My goal is to put it into practice every step that you mentioned today. Thanks! I want to be productive! 💪🏻
  • Not planning my day, laziness, lack of concentration, knowing the importance of study for me but not studying & late wake up

  • I'm 17 and today, I have made a promise to myself that I'll work hard to secure my place in a med school. I will stay away from things that distract me and have a positive mindset. I will push myself to be more disciplined and focused. I will not procrastinate or waste my time. Best of luck to me and to everyone else who will embark on this journey of self-improvement.
