Jerk Marinade Ingredients List
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Soya Sauce
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Cane Vinegar
1/2 cup Beer preferably Red Stripe
1-3 tbsp Pimento
1 teaspoon Cloves
1 bulb peel Garlic
2 ounces Ginger
Large sprig of Fresh Thyme
1 large Onion
2 scotch Bonnet Pepper
2 stalks Escallion/ Green Onion
2-3 green Pimento leaves
Chicken: Salt and Pepper alone is fine for the chicken, in the video I used Cajun Seasoning
