"If you don't steal, and your family and friends don't steal, you cut corruption by 70 percent."- Peter Obi 2023.
  • The young man is 100% right, I applaud him for this brave work. it is not only custom it is every single parastatal in Nigeria, a huge number of us that used to ship goods to Nigeria are skeptical to do that now the corruption in Nigeria is monumental they have no shame God will punish all the corrupt men and women in Nigeria.
  • @OlawaleHamzat
Fisayo, this is brave and indeed a commendable move to building a just and fair society. History will be kind to you for this remarkable feat. God will keep you safe and protected at all times.
  • When Nigeria customs remit 1 trillion naira to the government know it already 4 trillion has been stolen. There was a country
  • This young man is a very bold man. Some of us believe all that he said. This corruption in the Nigerian customs didn't begin today as we've been hearing but it appears it's now worse just like any other crime in Nigeria. God please save Nigeria because the government cares less.

This guy is good. He got a Judge to imprison him so that he could get some story out.
  • @leo-ken
Thank you Fisayo Soyambo and your team for this beautiful expose! Later, one MOG will tell Nigerians to continue praying for our leaders. No amount of Prayers or Curses will change the situation of things in Nigeria. When the people are ready, they know what to do!
  • The problem with Nigerian reporters on the major networks always bend backswords to be over cautious for fear of being fined or sanctioned by the NBC. I'm really glad the Investigator corrected you right away that he is reporting first hand knowledge of what happened because he was a precipitant. I'm so happy we are starting to have real investigation journalists in this country.
  • This is a fact. This guy has done a good job. Kudos to him. He's speaking the truth.
  • @Oyelakin
Thank you Fisayo and FIJ team for this investigative journalism.
  • This guy deserves a national honour for this rare singular effort to save his dying country. The problem is, Nigerians know how to solve their problems but who is going to do it. Until we have a noncompliant leadership we are going nowhere. Corruption is so much embedded in our political and social fabric that it's almost a lost hope seeing a way out. Like Fisayo said, the people have a big role to play here ; we need to start showing our grievances by way of demonstrations to shape the mindset of our leaders. At least that's the option we have other than elections that are unreliable.

I really don't like this woman's style of interviewing. Alway trying to be careful and giving benefit to the obviously corrupt doings going on. In saner climes she wudnt be asking these lame questions. Imagine doing a special on the issue and pretending not to remember IDB Dende's name. How possible is that for a journalist of her caliber. That's a weak move to downplay IDB's role in all of this. I saw what you did there...
  • @Obidii
Even she was shocked hearing about the trailers😭
  • @gemstv588
Weldone Mr Soyombo. You have done your parts. Thank you!🎉❤
  • Thank you Fisayo. You just told us what we have always known. You added proof to it
