Amazing how such soft tissue can generate so much energy. The human body never Seizes to amaze me. what is even more amazing is that his muscle tissue is capable of lifting/pushing so much more, but the brain prevents it because it could cause severe damage. but if put in a situation that requires it, the brain will most definitely allow it. the one person that did not like this video either did it by mistake or is a scared Zydrunas Savickas lol. Derek's gonna be the next WSM legend. Saw him win at the Arnold Sports Festival 2 times in a row, each time, it absolutely amazed me that he could be not only so strong, but also in such respectable shape. The mind and body on this man are magnificent. Congrats on the Arnold wins Derek, can't wait to see you take on WSM!!!!

Poundstone is the most inspirational lifter on Youtube. Watching his video's just makes you think about potential... Do you really push yourself to these kinds of limits at the gym? He deserves everything he has achieved and more.

Very easily. Look how dense and big it is, plus all the equpiment is weighed on a scale. He makes it look easy so then people wonder how it could ever be heavy.
