I've played dozens of VR sports games on Meta Quest 3 and Quest 2, and this video is going to share my all-time favorites. I'm going to show you why they work so well in VR and why some other VR sports games don't work as well.

I've picked 7 games that do an exceptional job of bringing real-life sports into VR. Each one simulates the real sport really well while providing loads of fun.

Recently picked up racket club, and it’s been a blast. They created a new racket sport that feels like it was made for VR, and it plays so well!

If you want a more arcadey tennis experience or a squash game,I recommend C-smash VRS.

added a few to my wishlist. Excellent vid! I don't have my q3 yet but I already have Thrill of the Fight (and Creed) installed and ready. Nearing 60 so I hope my poor joints can take it! lol

Great video. Totally agree with Eleven table tennis and Thrill of the Fight. Best of the bunch in my opinion but I haven't tried Premium Bowling or Black Hole Pool. Definitely have to try those two.

Great reviews and thanks. You’re dead on point. As far as your opinions on Thrill of the Fight I’m with you 💯 percent. , It’s also my go to for HIIT cardio. I’m also a big boxing fan, so I really love TOTF and almost use it daily. I’ve also recently downloaded Golf+ and use it in Quest 2 since there is no club simulator upgrade for Meta 3. I recently upgraded and added the Meta 3 to my VR toolbox. The Golf+ is awesome. I’m seriously considering trying table tennis, so Eleven is being considered. I’m also interested in shooting a little pool in VR, so thanks for the recommendation. Keep up the great work. Subscribed!

This list is absolutely spot on. The only game I haven't played from this is tennis. I tried it, but my ceiling is too low and I kept whacking the beam with my hand/controller, so I just returned it rather than end up with a broken controller or hand. I have every one of the other picks and agree with you completely, they're all best in breed. Eleven is my favorite, I actually use that one as my daily exercise routine.

Thanks for your reviews! I'm hoping to get a Quest for Christmas (my husband better come through or he's out on the curb!!) 😉 I've been watching videos to get a feel for what might be good games. I appreciate you!

Tha value proposition of these games alone is worth thousands of dollars. Cuts out all the costs of equipment/entry/and logistical planning and time..and cuts straight to focusing on the physical mechanics that makes all of these sports/activities so addictive and enjoyable in the 1st place. And without the need for cleanup/settup. Just right into the game doing what makes it fun. To think you can squeeze in a round of golf/ a quick game of ping pong/ and a game of 9 ball all within an hour after dinner and before bed is a luxury never afforded until a few years ago, and i dont think people really understand that this is what the Quest is offering. Forget the notion of "i can play grand theft auto in VR" flat screen games in vr can get old and daunting quick, but competition in sports never gets old

Walkabout mini golf is 2 more games within the game of golf itself. Brilliant team behind this franchise. Search for new balls and complete the scavenger hunt type activity for each hole to get more putters. Its also fun to float around the courses. Upside down town is crazy new way to play mini golf. Its a paid add on but worth it.

Great list. I think you should give racket club a go too now that it's released. Man in my opinion it's up there with the best of them. The fact that it is a sports game fully designed for vr makes it so damn good. Physics are pretty great and it's super fun!!
  • @BlackMarketHoney
I love Walkabout. I have all the courses. Such a great deal. Miracle Pool is worth a try. I think the physics when you pull back on the cue are better than Black hole pool. Plus, it has mixed reality.
  • I can’t wait to play golf+. It seems to rain on my days off so I can’t get to the golf course. This seems like it would be a great alternative.
  • @idog63
    great video thanks a lot!

Norn iron! 😂 I’ve just upgraded from my Rift to a quest 3 and I’m blown away! Been looking for some new games to utilise the MR so thanks for the advice 👍🏼

Put your hand up if you've gone to tap the ball over the net and leaned on the table. (Eleven Table Tennis)

Do you play Golf+ on Quest 3 at 100% graphics or higher? I can't seem to find a good balance between laggy head movement and very blurry distant graphics.
