I think sometimes, the approach with ending and opening themes is to put the characters in different scenarios. It can be a fun way to get different sides of the characters that you’d normally not see in the show proper, but it doesn’t really work if the visuals and music don’t line up imo. For instance, this ending’s music and in-anime visuals are great, but Hell’s Paradise’s opening visuals and music don’t work well
