First season doing the "crank it up" celebration. Not many people know this, but the "motorcycle crank up" celebration is actually a dance move that a rookie named "Arthur Johnson", who didn't make the team during that season, used to perform. Vince celebrated after each dunk as a "tribute" to him.

Put more respect on this mans career !!! Great all around player always made it look effortless on the court one of the best athletes in sports history heโ€™s been my favorite baller since I was a kid๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

"DID YOU SEEEE?? VC!!!!" Still gives me goosebumps.
  • Probably the last season Vince had his vintage hops. He was just so fast and smooth in 05-06. He'd slowly lose that explosiveness but it's a testament to how much of a legend he is to tailor his game to last 22 years and still bring out a vintage dunk or two on any given night ๐Ÿ’ฏ

People always talk about the windmill and the 360, but the tomahawk Vince has is one of the best as well! GOAT dunker, no question
  • @elreiec1
Vince is definitely one of the all-time greats for the Nets. He's also one of the few players who could pull off rocking the headband or not.
  • @hsmtrkr
every damn game he did something special...
  • @nightskys5226
Honestly his athleticism did not even decline! He just learnt to use it more wisely instead of dunking on every drive. Thatโ€™s why heโ€™s able to play at 42. Of course haters will say he lost his athleticism early ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
  • Man Thanks for these VC Highlights Max If Vince really is going to retire now it's officially the end of an era. I still rock my faded xxl raptors Carter jersey when I play and when young people ask about Vince I just show them your VC Mixtapes.
  • @KeikoFire
Watched VC since inception and there is no other player in today's game that I'm excited for. That time and era was one of the best!

Haven't started watching, but I'm sure this clip ends up with the dunk on Zo.
  • @mcky1990
Might be Vince's most complete individual season. Also had some of his nastiest dunks against Alonzo Mourning โ˜ ๏ธ
  • @nykia31
In his prime, he made extremely difficult, explosive athletic movements, look simple. He looks like he is exerting 3/4 effort on a lot of these.

Watched every game .....every night was something
  • @sgnumber15
Vince's dunks are always great. But it was even better with Ian Eagle's commentary.
  • @dwade833
Amazing dunks.. 4:23 WOW Kidd and Carter conection is perfect..
  • The look on Zo's face at the end was hilarious. Vince got him bad like 3 times that season.
