  • Why don’t you build a grain silo. I see all these wheat fields in your world and wonder who does this get turned into bread. Love the world, keep up the great work! ❤
  • I think a fun lore for why you still live in the starter house is because that is YOUR house that your character lives in. The other buildings belong to the other residents, but the starter house is unique because it isn't supposed to be occupied by anyone else
  • @Starc_lle
Love the videos Fwhip! Have you ever considered building a sewer system underneath your city? Also have you considered trying to build roots in between the buildings in the city? I’m sure a massive world tree would have big roots.

respect you a lot for choosing to reach out to and pay artists! been a lot of problems in some other communities i’m in with people using their power as an idolized creator for bad to create insular communities that would do anything for them. when creators start using fans a lot for free labor, it really starts opening up that side of fan spaces and it makes me not want to support — often if i keep supporting, there starts being toxic pressure to contribute my own labor or money or whatnot if i’m a “true fan” and to get the creators approval. i don’t want fan spaces to feel like a competition or like i have to pay to be in fan spaces. if people want the community and challenge of art competitions there’s a lot of fan led communities that’ll let you do that divorced from getting “creator recognition”! embrace what you love about the media and make friends instead of just seeking approval. i suggest tumblr as a great space for artists looking for other minecraft artists who’d be interested in such a community.

love the new cartographers' village! assuming You will keep expanding it (i mean, how could a fWhip leave a village not transformed, that would not be a fWhip) that is a perfect location for a lighthouse (which i don't believe You have in Your world yet, unless the mudbrick castle counts)

hey fwhip have you heard of cornwall? it’s an english county in the south west and is mostly seaside towns parts of which could look really cool in the new project, id recommend looking at bude, st ives and port isaac, they’re all gorgeous
  • @riuphane
I love your comments on making yourself go back to everything. That's something Etho has talked quite a bit about as well and something I'm trying to get better about. Even more important feeling when your dealing with a multiplayer server/realm. I tend to build most of the farms and infrastructure, and part of me wants to put it all in one place for easy access and simplicity, but i find telling my friends and family "go to the desert compound for that" or "we have that farm in Cherry Acres" to be way more rewarding
  • @1lastlemon
Love the ancient civilization/ruined city idea, reminds me of the city in the fantasy book Elantris.
  • @KaelHeagy
A good place for the ruins that you were talking about could be near the tree because the roots would have grown and destroyed the original buildings there. That could go with an episode where you do build the roots. Just an idea though. Thanks for making these videos fWhip
  • You could make a competition for the paintings, let the community chose the winner and let them get a giveaway or something like that. In my view this would not be exploiting. For the endportal an ancient civilization would be fitting, which is partically sunken in the swamp. Love your videos!
  • I love this world, and I love that you use your builds, they’re not just there for decoration. I think you still using the very first house you built adds an element of immersion ❤
  • @justkiding9
This was inspired by the ruins I noticed a lot of farm fields have old ruins in of just sheds so I thought you could put a few little ruins dotted about your many feilds
  • Would be cool if you made all the small portals in the end into a small version of your main landing into there and when you go through it you’ll see another mini city/ ruin almost like it’s in another dimension.
  • @Olly_B869
Hi Fwhip I think it would be really sick if you put a lighthouse on the new village with the cats belonging to the lighthouse keeper
  • @Blandy8521
With the Trial Chambers have you considered turning one into a collosseum? Could probably use villagers as spectators/merchants or tying it into one of the questions maybe make it a ruined one that nature is reclaiming
  • @volehunter
Idea for your endportal, dig it out, leave water, add conduit, add some doors and fence gates over the portal. Swim down and drop in from the water a few blocks above.
  • Hi fWhip, a suggestion for a build: A bank in the city where you could store your gold from the gold farm in a big vault!
  • I’m not sure what you do with all these books you write in ingame but I most definitely think you should put them within your map room since we have the bookshelf’s you can actually put the books in now
  • @joaopeteixas
For the strong hold, it could be a massive sinkhole and if it goes until the oceans there's the possibility to make some very cool and big waterfalls! Amazing videos keep the good ideas coming 🎉
  • fWhip, seeing how you did this cartographer village, i don't know if it is too much to ask but, it would be sooooo awesome if you build a big cathedral in the central city and mini churches around the world with matching materials to the region they are build, they could even vary in shape and size but maintaing some aspect like those giant stained glass windows we see in the gothic church architecture. I love your content fWhip Blessings from Brazil!❤
