He might be one of the most sane dudes from Chicago. You can tell he has his head on straight. The fact that he even said he was brainwashed at first, and had to learn the REAL definition of life, was shocking to me. Because a lot of dudes from not only Chicago, but from the hood in general, won't admit to that shit, and think that hood first, and hood mentality is cool nowadays.

Do or Die was on before Twista, they actually helped Twista get on. And I believe Common had a deal before Twista too. But they all came up around the same time. If you really know the Chicago scene from back then you gotta mention E.C. Illa from the Pole (North Side), Juice, Rubberroom, Earatik Statik, Molemen, Slaughterhouse V, but they were more underground. Mainstream tho, we can't forget about Da Brat! She was probably the first to really blow up nationally. I went to a charity hoop game and concert as a shorty and Da Brat was one of the headliners, the opening act was a young dude named Tongue Twista that no one ever heard about. He came out spittin rapid fire, the crowd wasn't ready for it, about 10,000 people booed that man. Shows what perseverance gets you.
  • So many Vlad haters talking about they're gonna unsubscribe but he still has almost 2,000,000 subscribers. seems to me like yall enjoy hearing his different opinions.
