Passed my exam today 26-June-2021, the content is still relevant to pass the certification.
  • @Angvard1
This course is still relevant in 2022. I have passed my exam today. What I did: I watched this video in three sittings (about 80 mins each), taking notes yesterday
  • @aldrama2603
I ended up using dmv nerds they took the exam for me 🤫
  • I passed this exam today using only this learning resource. I listened to (not watched) this video two and a half times. I'd listen during my commute to work and when doing chores like the dishes. I also took a few free online practice tests. I've worked in IT for 4 years.
  • @AZ-pi9eg
I passed today. Don’t know the exact score yet though. While it’s still fresh in my mind let me share my experience: I have 0 AWS experience, i studied for 5-6 days straight 5-6 hours daily. I recommend watching this video in 1.5 speed first, then watch any udemy course on AWS CCP, take notes - u have to know the names of services and what they do, shared responsibility, etc. SageMaker and Kendra services - I was asked these services and I didn’t remember what they were. And take as many practice tests as u can. Good luck everyone.
  • Update:** as of today, there are 80 AZs and 25 Geographic regions as opposed to 69 for the "AZs" and 22 for the "GR" at the time when this video was being recorded.
  • This video is spot on. Studied for 1 week, 1x a day. Focused on 2:45:00+, gives you most of what you need to know. Passed, no prior in-depth experience with AWS. Thanks for the great video!
  • @kimkarnsbond
Just passed today, thank you! I would not have made it without this video (I’m a Program Manager). Now on to Solution Architect...
  • I wanted to share that I passed my AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification Exam. Thank you for your efforts .I really appreciate this. Thank you so much.
  • @seanwallach8122
I like how he introduces himself 300 times, a sign of dominance
  • @owenouzheng9537
My favorite AWS instructor, finally someone who teach with 100% American English.
  • @tomsteiner902
Just passed the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam on the first try. My steps: (1) Watched the whole 4 hour video in 4 different sittings @ ~1 hour each (2) Did a practice exam ($20) (3) Skipped through this YouTube video again to basically read through concept/high-level definitions. (4) Took the Pearson VUE online test and passed in about 43 minutes. I greatly appreciate this video. Thank you! Note: Since many of you ask about prior experience, I did work with AWS in 2011-2013 in selling it to the public sector. I literally held meetings with clients, presented our Professional Services capabilities, wrote proposals, and closed the deal. So did have some background knowledge which I was able to build upon from 7 years ago.
  • @1x1f
I passed my exam today. Thank you Andrew Brown and Team for this content. This really helped a lot. Few more topics were added that are not mentioned here. 1. AWS Transit Gateway 2. AWS Global Accelerator 3. Amazon Cognito 4. AWS Xray 5. AWS Abuse Team 7. AWS Consulting partner 8. AWS concierge support This video is still valid today for anyone who is studying for AWS CCP.
  • Hello Everyone, I also would like to share that I passed my exam today! :) I only used this video, nothing else. A very great content, thank You Andrew!
  • Andrew - You are doing a ton of service by providing free AWS content. THANK YOU!!! I cleared the exam in my first try with absolutely no background of cloud whatsoever by studying about 2 hours everyday for 6 days and giving 3 practice exams on the 7th day while also taking the exam the same day. My study plan was as follows 1. I went through your video twice and all hands on once to understand the AWS console (strongly recommend to do the "follow alongs"). 2. Went through the AWS cloud practitioner essentials (2nd edition) videos once (It's free and is present in the AWS portal). 3. Gave 3 practice exams before sitting for the main exam. In my opinion this much should be enough to clear, however consistency is the key. I would suggest everyone to study everyday for at least 1-2 hours in order to not lose momentum. Hope this helps.
  • @adolfndih
Your video is still relevant. I went through it once, took some test questions, quickly looked at your slides again and then I took the exam and passed. Did all that in 6 days. Thank you! (12/20/2021)
  • @saloom212
Passed my exam yesterday, the content still relevant. Thanks to the Andrew of course 🎉
