Thinking is very important part of spoken English because whatever you can think, you can speak. So make a habit to think in English. Everything takes time. In the beginning it will be difficult but when you will practice and practice it will be part of your memory and once it becomes your habit them English will come naturally from your mouth.

I understand 98% off the English spoken language, but when it comes to have a conversation, i have problem finding the words.

I started listening this after an 8hour long class I had online where everyone has to turn their camera on! And all I wanted was to sleep with someone talking in background because I missed it while attending the class! But to my surprise, as soon as I closed my eyes I straight up went to lucid dreaming where I was able to control the emotions of other characters in my dream and as soon as I woke up after an hour I remembered each and every aspect of the dreams I saw! Such a powerful video π₯
