Toyota is in debt about 240 billion and is the most in debt company in the world. They are in debt because of how they run their R&D department. They make great cars for that reason. they have an " Explosion " at one of their Refineries !
And Then The Gasoline Prices go up ! Not just in That One Company " who's Turn it was " to have an Explosion, " But in All

In Costa Rica, the government sets the price of fuel each month. It doesn't matter what area of the country you are in, it is all the same price! They are all full service, also. For a few months last year, the price of Premium was lower than Regular, because they produced too much Premium fuel!
