What impresses me the most about Usyk is his activity inside the ring, not going for a clinch every other second. His movement is just impeccable.

As a boxing enthusiast I love Usyk's style in the heavyweight division. He shows us that you can be extremely skilled as a heavyweight with great footwork, angles, jab and boxing IQ. He is a breath of fresh air within the heavyweight division where we usually see sluggers and one dimensional heavyweights.

Its not that usyk gets faster as the fight progresses, its just that his opponents by then are tired can't keep up, his angles now become clearer as he fights, ducks with a right hook, comes in with the same right, ducks with left uppercut, comes in with a left hook... he's just unique. Man's special

The rhythm that Usyk is able to build is a superb thing to witness. The footwork, angles and mastery of distance, and the timing is almost impeccable. He's a superb technician and never, ever ducks a challenge. A true great.

Love Usyk's boxing style, without many clinchings, only fair and pure attacks and skills, impressive!

Guys just foward the video between minutes 11:03 to 11:05 and just watch what Usyk does in the slowmo. We can see the guy is on his way to falling yet Usyk still raises his left hand guard up to protect his chin even though the guy had very very little chance of hitting him from that falling position. It just goes to show how alert Usyk is at all times and takes no chances
  • Usyk is the people’s champ. He’s funny and entertaining as hell. Great technique and overall mindset that young fighters should strive to have in their tool bag. I truly believe he will outbox Tyson, his angles and timing are frustrating for anybody and nobody can seem to catch him good and clean enough to put him down

Usyks movement is so beautiful to watch. Slowly breaking down his opponent over time. His punches never look that devastating when they land but he is able to drop them still. Deceiving power.

I've never seen a sleek, fast, smart HEAVYWEIGHT BOXER as Usyk. Almost never wins with knockouts (prevalent in heavyweight) but HE WINS
  • Usyk has perfected the basics, best long range fighter ever, slava ukraine!

Usyk beating English opponents like he is collecting the Infinity Stones. Doubling up the left hook is such a weird look ordinarily. He makes it work though. Used it successfully against AJ too. Great to watch

from the 8th round, Usik’s 100% dominance was visible and he increased the pace! Dubois would not have lived to see the 12th round!❤
