Truth. Nothing like walking into a job everyday and negative vibes just hit you through the doorway. It’s hard to stay motivated and work hard, when you feel everyone around you is taking advantage of the “workhorse” mentality. It drains the soul.

This is simply reclaiming your subconscious, and should be taught in school.

It's cool how honest this conversation is.

Theo you are one of the most genuine people I've ever listened to.

“I don’t believe in positive thoughts… I believe in intelligence..” I wanted to HATE this take, until I heard his follow up. Made me realize that we must have negative thoughts to not only give us perspective, but justify these healthy and happy feelings. Yin and Yang. Much love y’all.

    1. Focus on Have or don’t have? 2. focus on what you Can or can’t control ? 3. Focus on the past? Present? Or future ?

I have found doing a gratitude list every day really helps put things into perspective, listing 10 things you are really grateful for, even if the list is the same every day.

I would love to spend an hour with Tony Robbins. Dudes a legend.
  • This was a great segment. Whether you incorporate Tony Robbins and his seminars into your life or not, he certainly possesses the ability to make you stop and think. Theo did an excellent job making the most of this interview. I really enjoyed their back and forth.

I think everyone could use a friend like Tony Robbin’s. He’s not a perfect guy but is really good at giving advice.

You are the teacher, the student, and the lesson. Realization and implementation of this knowledge is miraculous.

Theo Von and Tony Robbins, two of my favorite people for totally different reasons. Great conversation!

I look at it this way - you're the captain of your boat, whether you like it or not. You're not just a passenger. So you might as well steer it to where you want to go.

Yep, when we're in a state of lack, we reinforce & feed into the fear.
