Btw I hope u don't mind spoilers, but calamity's 1.5 update removes the ore-spawning mechanic of smashing the demon altars. Instead, the hardmode ores generate after you defeat the WoF and 2 of the mechs

The Yharon lyrics still honestly give me chills. It was a heartfelt song that felt kinda sad, and also surprised the fuck out of me because it had lyrics

11:38 it HAS to be a mechanic. In my vanilla playthroughs, voodoo demons are pretty uncommon, but in every calamity playthrough I see a new one every 30 seconds

Crabulon can be spawned in manual mushroom biomes too, even in space on a mushroom comet. You can just make a *huge platform*® and fill the top of it with actuated mushroom blocks for a good arena.
