"working at restaurant you constantly feel like you need to take a shit" "exactly, and sometimes you do" truer words have never been spoken about working in restaurants

Uncle Roger that steak looks like 10/10. Uncle Josh is a true pro!
  • Uncle Roger using the steak skills he learned from Uncle Guga. This is like a cinematic universe.
  • I passed out when he roasted the shoulder movement. Ramsey does it all the time. πŸ˜‚

7:18 Uncle Roger conquered and defeated the steak by the lessons and fond memories of his long departed sensei Joshua

It's been years since I worked in a professional food setting and I absolutely say "behind" "corner" (and "knife" and "hot") still if I'm in the kitchen with anyone. It legitimately has helped avoid catastrophe for extended family holidays. Might seem silly but it's good practice in general to be aware of your surroundings. I don't yell loud like I did when I was working though. If you scare TF out of someone not expecting to hear "KNIFE!" behind their back while they're at the stove with a hot pan in hand you can more harm than good.
  • I just KNEW that the MSG was going make an appearance somewhere!!!!😁 When the steak was requested Uncle Roger did not disappoint when he finally whipped it out from his pocketπŸ‘πŸ€—
