With a record of 20 knockouts, one loss, and one death, yes, you heard right in a total of 21 fights, Subriel Matias isn't your typical boxer.

He won't end a match with a single, decisive punch. No, Matias is the kind of fighter who takes you on a journey, deep into the heart of the battle.

He’s the type of boxer who tests his opponents’ limits, pushes their boundaries, and challenges every ounce of their strength.

Dude is scary. He has the tenacity and grit of an old school boxer but the slickness and technique of the new class. Beautiful to watch.

My new favorite fighter! Saw him fight for the 1st time when he avenged his loss and knew this guy was a real warrior. Haven’t been this hyped for a fighter since Tito Trinidad!! 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

He's got that Tito Trinidad type of devastating left hook.

This dude takes a punch and gives them back harder 😂😂😂😂😂
  • Matías shots have this thumping sound, as if he was hitting a bag, with a relentless style that doesn't let fighters catch their breath.

My new favourite boxer, he walks down his opponents. His first round is always funny he sures up his defence gauges his opponent’s power then round 2 it’s firepower vs firepower. His pressure is crazy plus he devastated those Eastern Europeans on his resume

Another puerto rican soon to be legend👊🥊
  • Excellent compilation of Subriel career…coming from PR I have to say that there were a lot of non believers that now are talking about him specifically the local sports writers…those who support the ones that embrace the flag…but Subriel represents his neighborhood…Maternillo! Grande y humilde Subriel…

Benavidez is no monster. Subriel Matias is a monster. I been watching him since 2015 when he debuted against Juan Rojas. I knew he was gonna be a force. Then he gained a record of 8-0 before taking the next step in his career. Matias is a wrecking machine.

I had to come back to the comments after watching the highlight reel all the way through… to say that this video was very very well produced, very informative and captivating. I have to say its the best Boxer highlight reel I’ve come across. You did an amazing job narrating the sequences vividly making it so that the b-roll served as the example. Keep the good content coming!

Man This guy is like a loco motive in the ring and doesn’t back away from his opponents when battling them!
  • Subriel es una mezcla del Boxeo Boricua con el Boxeo Mexicano, una combinacion muy peligrosa y mortal!!!!,

Excellent video. I'm glad there's interest generated, so we can get the best fights, not the best celebrities. Thank you for posting it.
