  • They've played ONE game using some new tactics and these two are saying we should just give up and go back to what we've been doing the previous 6 years? Firstly, a lot of our players are going to be borderline too old for the next world cup, secondly we're already seeing teams like England adopting our old game plan, third WHY would we not want our team to expand their skillsets in the areas that we were previously lacking??? ONE game guys and we WON that game against the number 2 team, I think ya'll are tripping.

A suprising analysis...after 6 years and 2 world cup wins I 100% believe Doc Rassie has a plan, that brain is always analysing on a different level that we mear mortals cant appreciate.Take the win. It´s not reinventing the way Bok´s play, it´s innovating the way we play!
  • @Torqradio
I'm so glad neither of you two is in involved in the Springbok coaching setup.

Guys guys guys.. all this means is that the Boks will have the OPTION of an attacking game. WC 2027 is in Australia - it's dry, it's running rugby, it's end to end. World Rugby is trying to negate scrum-dominated games.. Please give Rassie and co a chance. Also, we tried playing tight rugby against Ireland - and lost against them for 6 years. So.. even if we had to put Faf on rollerskates and Pieter Steph in a tutu, it bloody worked!

For the first time gents i respectfully disagree with you. Adapting our gameplan and the way we play is brilliant. Watching siya and psdt down the wing in full flight was exciting. Lets speed it up even more with Williams at 9 and Sacha at 10 for the next game.
  • @mgeart63
Not sure what you guys smoked before this episode...but I would check it, likely a bad batch. We need to develop our back-line attack phase and it will take some time.
  • @W0nderer
Keo and Zels what happened? Loving the potential of what we saw on Saturday. So much international media is lauding what they saw from the Boks. I loved seeing PSDT and Siya in the wider channels.
  • Chill guys i predict they will temper this style down considerably working towards the world cup
  • You cant win 3 world cups in a row without adapting, i think this is brilliant for the Springboks , the rest of the world is all talking about it. We've built up our fundamentals and now we're adding the spice , really exciting stuff. I understand there's going to be some growing pains with this new style but I'm sure when it clicks we're gonna be a force to be reckoned with.
  • we not giving up our physicality .. we adding new variety to our arsenal
  • @vkeen_observer
Guys sorry I think you should trust the process... We want to be dominant and expansive
  • You two should remember we have both game plans, wait until they implement both in one game. They no longer predictable.
  • @Lesssvav
Kiwi/Samoan here - You guys are always hilarious 🤣
  • @user-sd5xe5dz2t
I'm just loving the new and expansive Bokke game plan... André Pollard should have been substituted much earlier... he had no idea where the H was... 😊🏉
  • @robbob7923
I encourage the boks adapting to the times. World rugby is trying to weaken the "brutal" playstyle we love so Rassie is thinking ahead. Love your opinions either way
  • It's no longer a 15 man game Zels, It is a 23 man game. The game has evolved. Rassie has seen loop holes in the rules. Added to this, we have built squad depth over the years and other countries have not done that. They unfortunately have not been as forward thinking as the springbok coaches.
  • @bevansmith3210
whats the problem boys? Pollard also missed 9 points so it could have been 36-20. Well done Boks, going in the right direction.
  • @LionOnSea
I hear what you guys are saying ito the Boks gameplan. But let's have the season unfold and see where we are in October. I am actually quietly optimistic about where we're going. This attacking shape vs NZ is going to be interesting... Their defense isn't quite as narrow or quick. But I loved the sight of Kolisi charging down the wide channels. Hanekom, Dayimani, Roos, Elrigh and the like waiting in the wings. Libbok and Masuku will also cook in this gameplan. Will start Masuku/Grant vs Portugal and Manie & Reinach vs Aus/Arg potentially and Handre vs NZ.
