One of my favorites. In the south this is typically made during Christmas and Thanksgiving. I love it any time!!!

I serve this with baked ham or any baked meat. I live in Alabama and on holidays we always have curry fruit or this casserole or both. The only difference is I use crushed pineapple and if I use a 9×13 pan I double the recipe. I enjoy your videos. God Bless.
