Many don't buy this was a lone killer, and at best it appeared like authorities left deliberate holes in security and looked the other way.

So she resigns. That doesn’t answer the questions about how the shooter climbed a ladder with a rifle & attained a shooting position as people pointed him out. Supposedly secret service agents were inside the building that the shooter was crawling atop to get in position. What do you expect to see inside a building? Secret Service agents set up two defensive positions & returned fire once the shooting started, but if you go to that much trouble why not just put an agent ON THE ROOF of any building that could possibly aid an assassin? These guys are all tactical snipers… you look at the podium & then discern where YOU would be to make the shot, then place assets accordingly. It’s not rocket science.
