Just recently discovered Matthew. I didnt know what I was missing. I love the segments with the dogs. The rain coats/the booties. How they just trust Matthew completely where he is taking them. Love his series.

Maybe start frying onions in oil, it has a higher smoke point, then add butter for flavor towards the end of cook time
