How Beginner Bike Riders Should Start Riding Everyday - Part 4 of 5

Published 2021-05-29
When you first get on a bicycle, you should set a goal that you know you can do everyday, even if only 50 feet. When I started out riding, I rode my bicycle until I was worn out and that was only 150 feet. In this video, I'm recreating how I started my love affair with riding and showing every day how not to over do it, or it will lead to failure. As little as possible is the only way to start out riding.

First!!...Sorry, alway wanted to say that! Nathan, indeed how true this is. Having not been commuting since working from home, it's been a struggle, but with you over there, and Leonard this side of the pond, all banks are covered!..it's always getting out the door that is difficult...but once on the bike, and the enthusiasm kicks in, whatever level of fitness. Waiting for your "If I can do it, YOU can do it" merch!👍🚴🙂🇬🇧
