As a native English speaker, I just want to say that almost none of us actually care if you have an accent. As long as we can understand what you’re saying, you’re good!!

I'm from America and I just want to say you all sound wonderful. I am sad that you are all worried about your accents!! Trust me, English is the 2nd language of so many people here. We are proud of your accents! Also, remember that the US has no official language! We are a nation of immigrants, and most people will embrace you.

Your tone of voice is very soothing and it helps your audience focus on what you’re saying. Your gentleness towards your viewers is admirable, especially while encouraging them to keep their accent (the important thing is to communicate effectively). What can I say? Amazing! I love the way you encourage people not to be ashamed by their accent, and giving important tips about pronunciation. The first time I went to the USA, I was literally terrified to speak to natives because of my Italian accent. As a matter of fact, anyone cared about my accent! After some time people used to say that I had a charming accent. That was really helpful... Thanks and ciao from Milano
