Stadsholmen & Söder (commute)

Once more to central Stockholm! I had a hospital appointment in the city, which made for an ideal opportunity to experience cycling through Solna and Norrmalm, over the construction site which is Slussen, and onto Södermalm — all basked in morning light and occasional fog and haze.

My return journey takes in the eastern side of Stadsholmen — the core of Stockholm's Old Town — around the royal palace with views over to Kungsträdgården. In Norrmalm, I pass major roadworks along Vasagatan, outside Stockholm's central railway station, on my way to a lunch stop at Norra Bantorget.
