I’m seeing lots of comments about concerns about my health. Makes me happy to see how many of you actually care that much. The truth is I’m tired. I work 24/7, I just had a new born son, barely get any sleep and I was sick during the filming of this video. I want you all to know that I’m absolutely fine. I’m learning to balance this new family/ business life. It’s hard but I’ll get it. I finished an amazing video for you guys today and decided to take the rest of the week off. Rest, eat, hit the gym etc. thanks for caring. I love you all

Juan, i saw your comment mentioning you have a newborn son. Congratulations! I have two kids myself now, and after mutliple years I still struggle some days to find a good balance between work and home. Please take care of yourself, you do too much good for people and you deserve rest. Take it slow, spend a lot of time with your kid, and enjoy life and a well deserved break. If you go too fast and don't rest or take care of yourself enough for your kid, you'll feel bad about it later. Speaking from experience, the army doesnt let me manage my home work balance well. You have a choice though. Make the best of it! Take care, with lots of love, support, and congratulations
