Let me clear things up Brian Kelly was trying to say he wasn’t going to pay a DT not a DE but a DT $1.2 million to be a one year starter at lsu. LSU doesn’t need bodies at DT they were just trying to see if they could get a proven starter. It didn’t happen to so let’s coach up some of the 5th and 6th yer seniors or the five star freshman DT and see where it goes

I just requested Joel Klatt to do a post spring game QB rankings. I would love to have the ranking of the top ten best quarterback performances in the spring game, with appropriate consideration for Arch Manning and Davis Warren.

Unfortunately, it looks like the defense will still be subpar. Due to some regression in the offense, the defense will have to be good enough to sustain wins. I just don’t see it.
The offense will still be good, but at the same time, it’ll be Garrett Nussmeyer’s first season as starting QB. There will be growing pains. -
LSU brought in Kelly because they hated that Joe Burrow championship.
