He described the History channel perfectly when talking about documentaries and how non-informational they are. Just put people with a British accent and it supposedly adds authenticity.

Once you notice the use of the academic-sounding posh British accent in anything attempting to be a documentary, you can't stop noticing it. Nothing against the Brits at all, it's just something that American audiences just soak up and immediately trust as sophisticated, researched and "learny".
