I must've heard this song over 1,000 times and it is still as good as the first time I heard it, one of the greatest songs ever made.

When I was a teen, I bought this album because the cover was cool. I immediately took it home and threw it on the record player. I immediately became a fan for life.

Maiden is definitely my favorite rock band from the 80s. I've seen them live probably 10 times. Every show was awesome. They always ended on hallowed be thy name. What a great song the guitars the vocals and drums always perfect. Steve Harris on the bass is ridiculous. I saw them 3 years ago lucky they came to my city. They sounded the same as when I was a 15 year old kid. That was 40 years ago. Awesome band!

Best metal song ever. From the atmosphere, the lyrics/meaning, Bruce’s vocals, the pacing of the song, the drum transitions, the riffs, the dual solo and outro. This song has it all. There’s only a few bands in the history of rock that could write a song like this and execute. It’s an 100/100.
