How Does it Work?

This upbeat study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 14-17Hz beta frequency range and it's designed to help to boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a longer period.

You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.

Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats

When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have very little impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a more superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. Headphones are NOT required for this video

How Should You Listen to This?

Use this instrumental study music track while you are actually studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones you may find using them more helpful if you are listening in a noisy work or study environment.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

I can tell that this one will become another favorite to listen to like the Metal Mix and Hip Hop ones are. Thank you for creating awesome music that helps keep me focused!
  • @bradleyl00
As usual, love the mix. This reminds me of 90s grunge and modern rock. Keep up the great work!

Move out day here-this video kept us from wanting to kill each other 😂 Lesson learned: I should've been playing this on a non stop loop all this week 😅
  • It's so amazing that there's music that helps me manage my energy while doing tasks. You have no idea how much you're helping me in my daily life, thanks so much
  • @neriahrogers2304
This is amazing, thank you! I love rock and this will be so helpful with my study. I'm a big fan of your videos, I appreciate you giving us different genres and adding the cool visuals, but this might be my new favourite :)

This is a great one Mr. Lewis. Thanks again for keeping these fresh. We always need more focus—especially these days.

First synthwave was my favorite. Now, this is my favorite.
  • @unix6805
Thanks for thinking of "metal/hardrock" fans.
  • This one is perfect for me now - it is great, that you can change styles. Many of your songs work for me great, but after I listen to them too often, my brain gets used to some of those I chose as favorite. It is great I can still find something new and different, that will surprise my brain again and get it out of its "bored status" , starting my productivity again.

and you killed it again. Great track. thanks. I recommend you to everyone. Also your videos are just the best on a very large and good quality screen. they're just so awesome. The colours are busting. not so much on this one, but on many of the others, but the resin melt effect ones are just amazing.
  • @EmmTshh
Awesome, thanks for this one, I was looking through your playlists in youtube music and was glad to find this genre as I was looking for the metal one without luck over there.
