Aquarium Gold Apple Snail laying clutch babies

My Apple Snail now named Goldy decided she wants more babies.. Here she is laying two on the glass tank wall.. Interesting never seen this before :)

I have one apple snail and the other day I found one baby climbing up the glass. I didn't see an egg clutch anywhere. Unfortunately my baby black moor ate it before I could save him. Should I be on the lookout for more?
