  • The fact that they stayed with Kris even after he died is such loyalty

The fact she says “they’re talking to their dad” brings tears to my eyes
  • This had me bawling my eyes out and then my adhd took over and I searched for Kris on Insta and found out the family that adopted Tonka said he passed suddenly in his sleep on the morning of Halloween 2020, Kris's favorite holiday. I am convinced Tonka was not the same without Kris and Kris came for him that morning. But P is doing great!! Went through half my box of Kleenex 😭. But in the end Kris and Tonka are together and watching over their loved ones and the amazing family that adopted these sweet boys ❤.

I can’t think of a better way to honour someone’s memory than making sure their four legged loved ones are safe and happy.

They actually left out a pretty sad part of the story...Kris had a friend with him who had to hike for another day and a half trying to find help before starting a fire, the smoke from which caused rescue helicopters to spot him.
  • so sad to find at the end that Tonka has passed as well... I've never seen two pities this gentle and lovable... you can clearly see their emotions in the whole video... big love & hugs to them both... I lost it when that magical thing happened at 3:22 they were really on it, telling Chris howling they are now happy with their new loving humans... you can't get any more emotional than this...

The fact they stayed by him until help arrived made me cry. I love these type of videos bc they always open a soft spot and show not everyone or everything is bad.

Tonka stayed around long enough to enjoy more time with his brother and help him settle in before joining his dad's side again
  • @Demilica
when the dogs howl like that it means they are calling to the rest of their group, and in this case their dad was the complete piece of the group :’(
  • @BlackCoffeeee
I'm not surprised Tonka went to be with his daddy. His howling was his calls for his dad to take him home. 😢 God bless Little P and may he have a beautiful life with his new family. ❤

I stopped the video when I thought the video had ended, started reading comments & realised I hadn’t seen the end … ‘and Tonka Busching’ … oh my heart 💔 Rest in peace Kris & Tonka now that you are reunited in heaven ❤️ I hope that Little P has a happy, loving & full life with his new family until he joins his Dad & brother once again ❤️💙💙💙

This story already had me crying... Then the dedication at the end to Kris & Tonka started me sobbing... what a bittersweet story. Poor little P is all alone now.

I know everyone is talking about how sad this story is, and I admit it is truly sad. But is no one gonna talk about how their new family continued to remember Kris' legacy and do their best to keep him in the dog's lives? I think this was truly great, thank you!

The loving memory at the end really got me, held the tears in the entire time and then boom, I see Tonka’s name pop up after Kris and that picture… 😭

Incredibly tragic what happened to Kris. I’m so sorry for his family, including his pets. Im glad they had a loving home.
  • @hnune678
Kris has tonka now, RIP to you both. I hope P is living his best life.
  • @koda2002
Me, sobbing on my bed while watching this: THEY'RE SINGING TO THEIR DAD 😭😭😭😭😭😭
  • Dog's separating makes me cry 😢😭 ,but happy 😊😁 together all at the same time I wanna say thank you for putting them together where they belong.
  • @lizdini722
I started crying like a baby when I read that Tonka was gone, but his Dad will look after him. ❤
