Guided Meditation: Opening The Third Eye Chakra

You have a third eye that when opened can see beyond the veil of this world into a vastly more incredible universe.
Many physicists argue that the universe exists in 11 dimensions, your eyes really can only see in 3 dimensions, but is possible the third eye when activated can sense information from beyond this dimension. The pineal gland collects light and may be able to directly access source energy.
Many people try to "open" their third eye and become very frustrated. It is hard for some to tell when it is opened and it is very misunderstood. I go into depth on activating the pineal gland in episode 9 ( • Activating your pineal gland )
I designed this to open your third eye. I tuned the music to correspond specifically to the pineal gland. The meditation starts at 8:14 I incorporate a breathing exercise, a set of patterned eye movements and a simple mantra to activate the pineal gland. I have found substantial success with the techniques I used in this episode. The majority of my clients that have tried this set of exercises have reported positive results and characteristics common to having the third eye activated.

This chakra is governed by the 5th ray of "Concrete Knowledge." Our intuition and our ability to see with vision comes from here. It's the center of divine wisdom, the spiritual eye that seeks to see and know the truth in all things. From the sixth of the seven chakra symbols we close our physical eyes and look at the world from all aspects of self. Our intuition becomes our guide.
A healthy third eye gives us the power to perceive every reflection from the outer world, as a direct call for us to accept it as ours, heal and love it.
Blocks in this chakra cause us to become delusional, unimaginative, indifferent and to have poor memories. Worry is a big problem, spaced-out, and poor concentration also plague a person with a sick third eye chakra.
Do you trust your intuition?
Can you let your imagination soar and visualize?
Do you constantly justify and give reasons for acting without love?
Do you have "insight" as to what’s happening in any situation?
Do you have difficulty concentrating?
Third Eye Symptoms:
When this chakra - also known as the "3rd Eye" - is stimulated and opens up, you may have a tingling electrical sensation on your brow (or just sense a pressure). You may see colors, shadows, images, sparkling lights, auras, or spirits (and ghosts). Past life scenarios may play out within your inner vision, and your dreams may become vivid and seem quite real.

I told my 6 year old I was going to meditate to open my 3rd eye chakra. She told me, ahh is that the bright purple light I see when I go to sleep? I told her yes, she said if you really look, you can see so much more. She said it’s so bright in there. I love children. They are so awakened.

Wow...this was a perfect awakening for me. My heart and life has been very heavy with the recent loss of my 25 year old son. Just January 14th at 6:30pm... I manage a team of people and I have been feeling very afraid to return to work. As though I would not lead well. After fully completing this mediation I feel the heaviness lifted. Thank you for these processes. It is great having it all in one place! I got light headed then saw really beautiful crystal structures in light and flowers opening when bringing all my conscience into the 3d eye. I think I will need to do this again when I can be loud and undisturbed.

Wow! This was my first time doing this meditation. I got up early to do it while the house was quiet. By the end of the meditation I could “see” a dim indigo light with my eyes CLOSED! I’ve been meditating for years and I’ve never experienced this before. It was a small light flickering like a flame maybe the size of penny. I could clearly see it! Wow! I’ll be revisiting this meditation daily. I’m seeking answers to some questions and the 3rd Eye is the way. Thank you Brian! 💪🏾🙌🏾👊🏾 Oh and by the way, I’ve been studying quantum physics via you and others and I caught the part in the meditation where you mentioned going from particle to wave. It was profound! I never thought about that. It clicked during the meditation for me. 🤯

Felt like my head was going to pop. But i saw the indigo light, and in the middle of it it would open and circle about, and through the opening it was as if I saw the universe. Will definitely make this a regular practice... I was so humbled by and grateful for the experience.
