2022 Ford Bronco Raptor Is Ready For Anything

Published 2022-08-30
The regular Ford Bronco is an overachiever on and off the trails. The Bronco Raptor turns that ability up to 11. It’s got a whole new suspension, a twin turbocharged 3-liter V6 that makes 418 horsepower and the intimidating look that Raptors are famous for. The most powerful Bronco ever, it’s got what it takes to tackle anything you point it at. Just remember, it starts at $70,000… if you can find one. Tom Voelk takes it on and off road.

  • The 2022 Raptor is perfect for 1922 roads, and today’s roads are perfect for a 1920s Model A.
  • Ready for anything except the possible five figure dealer market adjustments.
  • @JakeRoot
“Emphasis on the big ‘whoop.’” Love that line lol
  • Great job again Tom! A niche vehicle that is incredible if off road is your deal! Takes the off road crown for sure!
  • @lahoop
Thank you for honest in your excellent performance
  • @wpmccray1
Perfect for runs to Starbucks. 90% of these will never see dirt. (But thanks for the good review, Tom...as always, excellent)
  • I'd have to be able to LIVE in this to afford it! I'd prefer a Ford Transit Delivery Van conversion with all wheel drive.

Enjoyed the video, Tom. It is likely worth the asking price, but WOW that's a lot of money

I’m not a Ford fan but… dang it’s pretty cool!

Most should use the Raptor as it's designed to be used - off road and driven hard. Have the loaded badlands sashquach package and use it off road and its almost the same price as the raptor. Those buying these vehicles better use them as they were built for and use the warranty when needed. 😀 great video.
  • Uggggg just review as what it is. A beautiful piece of art from the SVT team

Thanks Tom, amazing rig. Biggest downside is the width for trails here in Colorado. You may be surprised at who would beat up $75k rigs. There’s definitely a market for customers who fully intend to use their nearly 6-figure (or six figure) vehicles at the limit.
