Every time she said “hey, black child….” My face erupted in a huge smile! She not only smart, but has great timing as well. Beautiful beautiful child, pretty baby, hope their little boy will stand out too, and with this little girl as big sis, I know he will! I’m a poet myself, and she blew me away with her reading!❤️

2020, I think this video should be to every kid. "Hey Black Child" was always one of my favorite poems. This darling had so much charisma at such a young age.

I hope one day she becomes a spoken poet or a motivational speaker. The way her confidence and voice resonates throughout the entire room is absolutely amazing. Not to mention the fact that she's only three years old; she has huge potential!
