So...he scored a goal with his weaker foot. No receiving bias there. Jokes aside, that is a plus. I like his aggressiveness, which will be tolerated more in the EPL than in the Continent. His yellow card count will decrease. His initial burst of speed is impressive, but it does decrease after 10 yards or so. At the Arsenal I think he'll be asked to pass immediately after that initial burst. A a left fullback he will make Martinelli more effective because, just like Ben White on the other side, he can both overlap and underlap. Oh, and his heading prowess is freakish. Vast improvement over Kiwior. Calafiori is both a defensive and an attacking signing. Arsenal can can be neutralized if a defensive strategy is aimed at stopping Saka on the right, mainly because there in no real inherent attack from the left. Calafiore addresses that imbalance.
