I did a thorough review of the DeWalt 60 Volt Max Self-Propelled (Rear Wheel Drive) 21.5" Brushless Electric Lawn Mower. It came with the two 60V 12Ah FlexVolt batteries and two 4 Amp chargers.

I have this very mower, accept I purchased the 6 Amp 2 stage charger (DCB1106). A little faster on the charge, and for battery storage you can stop the charge after stage 1 (80%). Good video, lovely mower!

Flex volt means that the battery can be used with 60v or 20v systems.

Thanks for posting this video. I have one that will be coming in soon but they're back ordered and there's not many videos of the new model. If you get the DeWalt fast charger, it's 8 amp charger and will charge those batteries twice as fast

Thanks for the review, not many out there yet. I'm not impressed though. That shallow deck isn't going to generate much lift and only being able to use one battery at a time is a hassle, along with the upside down loading. The blades look skimpy as well. I don't understand what DeWalt is thinking. If you have other tools to use the batteries in I guess it could make sense. Essentially a $200 mower with $600 worth of batteries.

Thanks for this review, I'm about to order one myself. I'm not sure if I heard you correctly but are you able to disengage the self propelling feature and just push it ?

If you cut without using the self propel that exponentially increases your run time fyi
-
The battery can be used in all 20 volt up to 60 volt dewalt tools
-
Get the faster charger and you will alleviate the issue you have, or a 3rd battery.
-
20 volt means you can use them batteries on the 20 volt tools. It’s a multi volt battery
-
You may want to invest in a faster charger being you a pretty large yard have 6 amp charger its 3x faster
-
The way you keep trying to plug the podcast is a little cringe

you have a 20v charger for a 60 volt battery and complaining it takes too long?...order yourself the better charger and stop using the low end charger
