I'm 85 years old and love BTS. I live in the US, and I've been an ARMY for a little over 3 years now. BTS is at the top of my huge list of all-time favorite entertainers, and that includes, the Beatles, Adele and everyone else you listed plus many more over the years. They share so much with us that you feel like you know them. I even worry about if they're doing okay or are they nervous before performing. I know that's silly, but that's how much I've grown to care about them. They're amazing. I'm so happy I found them. 💜💜💜

Suga was not talking about a label ripping him off. He was discussing being an underground rapper who made beats which he would sell to other underground rappers who will take them and never pay him. He actually joined Big Hit to gain stability where he could both be heard as an artist and have money to pay at least some of the bills. Further, management companies did provide certain necessities, though not always as adequately as one would hope. As Big Hit was not one of the large corporations, I am sure when Suga originally signed to be a hip hop producer elevating himself from subsistence level to a small more or less predictable income he was expecting some measure of crediting for his works. I believe Big Hit with its facilitating pre-debut online videos and company resources was helping Suga get away from the underground which did not compensate or recognize his creativity adequately. Korea which is a society with a respect your elders mentality was a place where hip hop elders (sunbae) could get away with a lot when dealing with youngers (hoobae). So I think Taylor is not trying to show how Suga's company exploited him but how the underground in an age structured social system felt the power to exploit the new kid without much repercussion..
  • 60 yr old Army! These 7 men have my love. They also have my respect and that's not easily given now a days. They worked so hard

I’m a 27 year old and it’s true when they say “BTS comes into your life when you most need it” I became an Army two years ago when I was hitting rock bottom. Like Suga said “ You don’t need to be with us from out debut, we debut every time you find us” and it’s true this is a beautiful journey that brings so much happiness and motivation. Each member has their own story to tell since being together for 10 years and going through so much together. The relationship with BTS and Army is not of just a group and it’s fandom no we are a family, partners and love 💜 (not said by Army but by bts)

And this is only a small reason why they are loved. Wait until you get into interviews, run bts shows and behind the scenes stuff of theirs and their lives. They are just a bunch of cool dudes, and funny. Watching them in concert was a truly magical experience that I will never ever forget. People will fly clear across the ocean just to go to their concert

I'm 64, from Texas! I found kpop in 2010 when I was looking for some new music. When BTS debuted in 2013, they just had "something". I didn't know what that "something" was, but I became Army then. Still here 10 years later. My boys grew up and they achieved more that I had ever dreamed. 💜

I'm 15 years old and I've been an ARMY for 7 years. Ever since I've been an ARMY my whole life has changed and they helped me get through the toughest times through the past 7 years. I hope that one day they will do the same for you. BORAHAE 💜💜

I'm 27 today! I've been an ARMY for 7 years. I was there at Wembley that day! Every single Army (100k of us!) sang to BTS and every single one of us were also crying. It was a very emotional and magical moment I will never forget ♥

I became Army after watching their performances on SNL, April 2019. I was so impressed, I wanted to know everything about them. Their music has helped me overcome some struggles in my life, and I'm forever grateful for their existence, their music, their talents, their vision, and their unwavering love and devotion to their fans. I'm 57 and from the US.

Not a lot of people react to their old albums anymore and it'd be really great if you can check out their old songs as well! As a 17 year old, I have been a BTS ARMY for 9 years since 2014-2023. Listening to BTS previous albums really hits HOME! BTS is THE inspiration for the music industry. 💜💜💜 They taught me a lot & especially how to have self love & respect for myself. 💜💜💜

46yo single mom ARMY here 💜 I found BTS at the lowest and most difficult time of my life and together they and ARMY brought me back to life 💜💜 They are kind, talented, compassionate, amazing humans and artists who have nurtured ARMY into carrying their message of love and kindness too. Welcome to the rabbit hole 😊 it's going to be a long and very satisfying journey. I look forward to it for you 💜💜💜

I’m 54, love BTS and ARMY! Incredibly talented, humble and funny group of young men. I have not in my life time seen a “boy group” as talented as them. They write songs, produce, compose, dance and are so respectful and grateful to their fans. Love their music, lyrics and message. Thank you for sharing.☺️😎💜
  • I'm a 51 year old Army, been listening since 2017, they found me when I was deeply depressed and had given up on everything, wuth BTS and ARMYs help I got stronger and happier, I got a lot of shit for liking them especiakky in the beginning, but I refused to negative people and now their music and contens are helping me through cancer recovery. I have never regretted giving their music a chance, I was at Wembley in 2019 were we sang Young Forever for BTS, both the group and almost all the audience cried during the song.

I’m 39, and I became an ARMY last year. My 9 yr old son got me to listen to one of their songs “Butter,” and I loved it. When I looked up the lyrics to Jin’s solo “Epiphany,” (which you should react to, by the way), it made me cry and just like that I’ve loved them ever since. They’re so humble and goofy. All of their songs have deep meanings and people can easily relate to them. 😊💜

BTS is one and only. They are not blood brothers but they are brothers and they themselves have said it. They lived together for more than 10 years and it was not until 2020/2021 that they got their own place. They are super close and support each other especially in their solo projects. They are unique and no one can duplicate them. If you have not watched their In the Soop episodes and Bon Voyage, you should. It gives you more insight to them and how connected they are. Their RUN BTS and BTS Bomb videos are the best and we are so thankful for all the videos they have shared because right now we can go back and watch them as we wait for their solo projects and for them to finish their military service. BTS is not independent at the moment. They were with Big Hit which then became Hybe Corporation. Also Korea used a different age system than us. They added 2 years to their real age. So in JK's case, he was actually 13 years old when he joined. He was literally raised by BTS and that is why he said thank you for raising me. I personally think he is a manifestation of all his 6 brothers. V was not the last member to join but he was the last to be revealed. He was what they called a secret weapon so it was not until the day before their debut that his identity was revealed. V is the creator of "I purple you" and "Borahae" Excited to see more reactions from you on BTS. Their live videos are the best too. I wont say my age 🤣 But I do have a 19 year old daughter who is also a BTS fan and we both went to the concert in Las Vegas last year. Army will always have BTS back. Can't wait for 2025 when they are all back together. 💜Borahae💜
