I'm a woman. Naturally born with woman organs. I've been called sir. Many times. I just laugh it off.

To make things fair & equitable, trans-athletes should be competing against other trans athletes. It’s as simple as that.

My daughter played football for two years. She was one of two girls in the state that played at the time. She quit when it became obvious to her that the boys were getting taller and stronger and she could get hurt. This child made that decision completely on her own. But these...adults...can't? What kind of topsy turvy bull$hit has society become?

A male with a deep voice and a beard, was checking out my purchases at Target once, and I called him sir, not looking up from digging in my purse. He felt the need to tell me his pronouns were she/her. I looked up and said, “I don’t know you, I don’t care about your pronouns. Just check me out.” Whereupon he did. I am not putting up with this crap.

If you're pushing a beret-wearing dog in a baby stroller, you have male pattern baldness, and have that deep a voice? How in the world is someone supposed to know you demand to be called Not Sir? I feel like I'm still reasonably cute, blonde, and 115 pounds. But after going through menopause early? I sure don't look like it! Having a period that lasted every day of SIX MONTHS that almost killed me? Also not a thing biological men will ever go through. You will not die of ovarian cancer like my beloved sister in law. I stand up for HER daughter. A University soccer player.

As a woman I have never had to demand to be called a woman. I have had customers at work call me sir before, but they always did a double take and self corrected, and apologized without being asked.
