Here's the back story for all the English speakers, sano dima got pregnant by one of the guys in her village, but that guy refused to marry sano dima. In Nepali community, having child outside of wedlock is considered to be very very taboo. Now in come dipa and thulo dima, they are infertile and when they came to know about sano dima's situation they decided to take on sano dima as wife to that man, as such they would even have a child in the house. So thats the story. But i think the old couple could have just adopted the child and not have married sano dima. The age difference is extremely weird. And sano dima does not look happy the entire ceremony.
