Boiling water versus bullets... is there any doubt which one is a deadly threat??

Asking someone to drop a pot of boiling water is absurd. Did he expect her to burn herself? She knelt to put the pot down as he requested. If he thought she was going to scald him, why did he walk toward her? There was no reason for the deputy to shoot Sonya.

That pan of hot water is on the stove, there is no excuse of why that cop murdered that poor woman.

If the officer was so worried about potentially getting hit with boiling water, then why did he not back sufficiently away from her? Why is using deadly force preferable to simply backing off or better yet getting the heck out of her home! Why is killing someone preferable. He was evidently taught that the value of the life of a US citizen is very low and cheap. Deadly force was the only option he gave himself in this situation when humility and recognizeing the value of human life would have gone a long way in defusing this situation. And why were the officers still there in her home? Fishing for a potential warrant and waiting for her to find it and give it to them. Why didn't they just leave her alone. Why go into her home and demand identification? She should have never answered the door to these murderers disguised as police officers.

Bro didn't want to get boiling water on his face, nor did he want to back up and get to a safe distance. Guilty in my eyes...and I never saw any water being tossed at him.

Deputy who went to work for six police agencies in a few years. Those departments overlooked the red flags or swept them under the rug. Had he not been hired in the first place. Two children would have their mother alive with them. Shame 😢

They bought those cameras for times like this and his was turned off. How convenient! There should be consequences for not turning on your cameras.

Body cams should automatically activate on a call when weapon is pulled. Idc. Should be on entire shift. Your dealing with the public and carry a deadly weapon. CAMERA ON

The stock market is not the economy. The economy doesn't explain the greedy profit margins. That's why the cost of living is too high for 90 percent of Americans. Minimum Wage, Social Security and Affordable Healthcare haven't been trickling down much since Reagan.
