Donāt get me wrong, this guy has a nice collection but there is no way that what is in his safe is worth $33 million. The Superman 1 that sold for $6 million was a near-mint copy, his has a reproduction cover and is incomplete. Itās still an extremely valuable book, but not $6 million. Additionally, just because you say that you wouldnāt sell something for $1 million dollars does not make that item worth that amount. I could say I wouldnāt sell my couch for $1 million but that doesnāt mean my couch is suddenly worth a million bucks. Most of the books in his safe are worth several hundred to maybe a couple thousand dollars. I guess itās easy to pass off the illusion that your collection is worth $33 million when the person youāre showing it to has no idea the value of comics

This video and hearing his prices/values are comedy GOLD! That Superman #1 isn't even a complete copy due to the cover and 1st wrap being color copies as stated on the CGC label. He would probably be doing good to get $100k for it...certainly no $6 million. LOL!!!

Prices are all over the place but I like this guy. He really only uses value to bridge the disconnect of interest in non collectors. It could be worth what ever . But you canāt replicate a lot of it and he has the ability to just give it away.
