My first video of Easy Italian! Thanks. I speak fluent Spanish and I looked up and skimmed through the top 500 most common words in Italian before watching and gave it a try. Really enjoyed it 😁 in my free time I go for a walk ideally with the rising or setting sun, watch TV shows movies or other content in other languages, and listen to music in bed or on a walk.

I have been to Laura Pausini’s concert in Rimini, and l love Milano, and Mr Armani’s garments, also just hanging out around the Cathedral, and La Scala - people watching - enjoying the evening Passeggiata serale...Italians are blessed with a beautiful language, an ancient fascinating history, and surrounding themselves with beauty, style, and a sense of eternity. Sophia Loren is 103 years old - she is a monument of La Dolce Vita - a symbol of Italy, like Brigitte Bardot and Alain Delon+Belmondo is for France. As an elderly l still read, have read all classical European/Russian books novels, biographies, science, ....and so on, watched all the movies from the 1960-present, have been in all the museums, Art Galleries in Paris/and France, Roma, and Italy, Greece,....History, culture, religions, traditions are fascinating, and make ones cosmopolitan, not narrow-minded, and too righteous about one’s own culture. I was all my life on the go. So, now, when l watch the young people all over the world, they seem to be lethargic, depended on Netflix (this awful invention) line productions for mass consumption, glued to their mobile phones, iPads from a very early age, and have no idea where the world is heading too - politically. Io sono Libanese . E ho cominciato a studiare l'italiano da 5 mese fa . Per rilassarmi , assolutamente leggo un libro che ha un effetto positivo sulla mia vita , sulla mia cultura . E amo molto conoscere gli altri culture , e finalmente , sicuramente , mi divertirò moltissimo quando ascolterò per la prima volta una persona italiana chi parla l'italiano .

Io personalmente, per rilassarmi leggo un libro oppure andare fuori con i miei amici per un aperitivo insomma.

Mi piace dipingere con i miei acquarelli. E anche leggo molto.

Mi sento a mio agio e molto rilassata nella natura, a l’aria aperta. Essere in giardino, o fare una passeggiata, la sensazione del sole o la brezza sulla pelle. Ascoltare gli uccelli. Essere vicino al mare il più possibile. Così la mia anima si sente viva e felice.

Ascolta la musica, bevo il caffè, fare la meditazione, e mangio la verdura per rilassarmi. È importante fare le cose che voglio per sentirmi felice.

Per rilassarmi mi piace ballare, sedermi sotto l'albero a casa, ascoltare gli uccelli... sentire il sole che colpisce la mia pelle con un buon libro sulle ginocchia e il caffè in mano. Mi piace anche guardare video di viaggio dei luoghi che voglio visitare. Mi piace la sensazione di essere andato in palestra. Beijos do Pará, Brasil! 🇧🇷

Per rilassarmi suono la chitarra e canto. Addirittura sto imparando delle canzone italiano. Anche leggo i libri.
