Watch the official season 2 sneak peek for The Boys, an action series starring Karl Urban, Elisabeth Shue and Erin Moriarty. Available on Amazon Prime Video September 4, 2020.

THE BOYS is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It's the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about "The Seven," and their formiddable Vought backing.

I love how black noir is so much better at stealth than translucent

I love how quickly that guy committed to the catchphrase.

The scene with Black Noir trying to entertain the child with his stuffed rabbit hits differently when you learn his backstory in Season 3.

Amazing how Gus Fring manages to run this business and his drug empire at the same time. What a remarkable man

Love how Black Noir could easily tank whatever these guys would try to use to hurt him, but he chooses to go the sneaky route.
  • like how Black Noir goes from slitting throats to just ripping a dudes face in half

What's even more badass about this is not only did Black Noir take a full on explosion at short range ,and the worse he got from it was some cuts and bloodied up , he didn't even leave his feet the whole time.

I love that Black Noir doesn't even necessarily SHOW powers. He's just so durable, strong and emotionless that he doesn't need any flashy lasers or explosions. Most of the stuff he does, normal people could do too. Obviously they wouldn't do it the same WAY as him, but aside from surviving the giant explosion he really just kills a bunch of dudes by slitting their throats.
  • It really shows, seeing Edgar work, how Homelander never could have done the work he did. This scene and Homelander's first board meeting really shows the difference between the calm leader and the child throwing a tantrum. Both may be obeyed, but not with the same respect.

That's actually the perfect clip to show someone if you want to introduce them to the show. No spoilers, little bit of fun, goory and short.

When Black Noir said “_______” I really felt that 🥺

He was so thoughtful and kind toward the little boy, playing with him to limit the trauma. That kind of respect for children is probably what caused him to turn out so healthy and well-adjusted.

You know Black Noir is not to be fucked with when even Homelander respects him. Edit: Damn.
  • Realizing how hard homelander and Soldier boy had to punch him to actually affect him is crazy
  • @Topninja6
Finally he gets some screen time. He did basically nothing is the last season
  • I really thought he was gonna kill the fucken kid the first time I watched lol Then he did the little dance with the toy and it warmed my heart :)

After learning about Black Noir's scars, it makes scenes showing it more epic
