I hope scientists are talking to these hurricanes reminding them that homelessness is now a crime and shouldn't leave garbage as they go. The last thing my neighborhood needs is more criminals walking the street. When you meet a homeless person who hasn't slept in five days watch out… He might have gone crazy.… Worst still, he might be hiding a knife.
