you know folks, I've been watching his videos for some time. And I must say, he does a fabulous job instructing on his Regional Cooking. It's very clean, very simple really. None of this fancy Cooking Products. It's practical, and enjoyable.
Sure would like though seeing the huge number of people he's feeding. Holy Cow, he makes a lot of food. But its always great cooking food. -

This is living. No iPads. No social media. No BS food. Just nature, home cooked healthy organic food and enjoying being outside. This is how we’re meant to live. The world would be a much better place if this was life for the majority of the time. I get technology helps us but it’s taking over and robbing us of what real living is. This man’s life is healthy for the mind body and soul.
