I'm from Seoul and visited Japan quite a few times. This song and the city in the background brings back memories of both places, good times.

I had a dream I was sitting up there once, admiring the city. In that dream, the world was ending. I can remember admiring the view. Turning around, heading back into the forest. Glowing mushrooms were everywhere. It was nice, even though I knew it would all end soon.
