  • I met my wife, and we dated for less than two months before I proposed to her. We married three months after I proposed. We just celebrated our 23rd anniversary last September after everyone told us we'd never make it because we didn't court long enough and that we were rushing into it. Sometimes, life does get in the way, and we have definitely had our ups and downs. Sometimes, I feel that I don't tell her I love her or appreciate her enough, and that's when I know it's time to put life on hold. I love her with my everything, and I look forward to the next 23 years with her!
  • I've met my wife in 1995. I've been with her ever since. What a beautiful woman. This song is for her anybody that wants some advice. You cannot build a foundation of love unless you put God first. Everything else will crumble and fall❤

My wife and I lived next door from birth till 18 years we started dating at 15 today we are together 48 years later and when I heard this song I had to play it for her and we both shed a tear. And to everyone that told us we would never make it ,we have, and I loved her since little kids and love her with every old bones in my body. It just goes to show that love can last, and your soul mate could be right in front of you. It's sad that today's couples seem to get divorced so quickly. It's heartbreaking. And for everyone that said we really don't know what love is because we only dated each other, it's all we needed....❤❣️💋

My husband passed away in Jan 2020 and I remember him calling me up one day, told me to turn the radio station on, this song was playing and he told me that, this song is how he felt. Now I play this song all the time, I miss him soooo much my heart hurts everyday for him, I feel so alone without him here with me. He was my best friend my partner in crime, my lover, my protector, my everything, oh how much he is missed, I wished he was still with me

My wife heard this song, and then came sliding around the corner all excited to tell me she found our song! She was so excited. So I wrapped her in my arms and we danced to it repeatedly. Our 3 year old son even knows the whole song. Love this song, Thank you Brett, perfect song for my perfect wife! I love you Adriana!

My uncle passed away in a car crash and this is what his fiance chose to play during his funeral. I will forever cherish this song now.

When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you ❤️😊

just sent this song to my fiance. We met 6 years ago. At the time, we were both married to other people. Yet we had feelings for each other. we didn't act on them but the fire was there. 6 years later, we are both divorced, and finally realizing the right answer has been there all this time. This song is so for us. I've loved him all this time. been crazy about him since day one. tried really hard to forget him, move on with my life and make my marriage work but it just wasn't right. I even moved half way across the country. didn't help. Now, we've both grown a lot and are coming together once and for all. I love you my Polar Bear. Forever.

My lovely wife of near 40 years today on my 71st b day. I'm truly overwhelmed where and how our love life has grown over time. I pray all of you experience the same. Bless y'all.
  • Exactly how I felt about my late wife. This rips my nerves raw with the grief of her loss. Zelda, I loved you, girl!

I sang this song for my wife, I'm kind of quiet and didn't say a lot of things. She passed away almost 3 years ago from breast cancer. Wish I hadn't been so quiet...

This is my husbands and mine song, we cry when it came on all the time. And Jan, 1, 2018 he died from Cancer and his last words was he loved me. Beautiful song.
  • I met my husband and he was 6 months out of prison. He still had that prison mentality. Something kept telling me he just needs someone to believe in him His family treated him awful. Fast forward 14 years. His mother passed away and at the visitation he tells his older brother, I am not that stupid kid who went to prison. My wife has softened this heart and helped me find that good man. I have now been with thiat good man now 16 years and ever time I hear this song I start to cry.

This was my song to my best friend and partner. I lost her to cancer 4 years ago today and this is the first time I can listen to it since . I didn't cry this time but it was close
