You’ll see cost details of housing, utilities, transportation, food, medical and much more. If you are thinking about moving to the Philippines, I believe you will find this information most helpful.

Thinking Thailand was a good bargain compared to America, I’m finding that the Philippine cost of living is about 15% - 20% less than Thailand.

This is the most budget comprehensive video I watched on Philippines 🇵🇭 😂 budget. I was stationed at Clark Air Base ((Angeles City) in 1991. at age 28. Now age 61, a widower and my children are grown now. I plan to return and retire in the Philippines 🇵🇭 at age 62,next year by no later than end of 2025. Location around CEBU CITY. I eventually will utilize the American Military 🪖 Philippines sponsored SRRV program. You really made my night. I believe it must meant to be for me to return and retire in the Philippines 🇵🇭 😂, thank you.

American expats (except the vets) seems to have a hard time adapting to se-asia.. they often trying to live a "us lifestyle" with food and company and often seems to be stressed out and pretty frustrated over the differences living abroad.
  • Day-to-day expenses are at about that level, 70% less than in the US or UK. It's even better if you own property, rather than rent, an income, investments and savings, which cuts costs even further without having to scrimp.

What if you have chronic disease or God forbid requires cancer treatment? Can you use your MEDICARE or Stateside health insurance?

I lived in philipines for 4 years idd planed to stay the reast of my life but had medical issues so i went back to australia i still had my home there Food and i meanall food is cheeper than i paid inphilipines Getting medical done there is expensive internet is same as australia power costs per unit is a lot higher per unit than i pay in australia yes houseing is cheep in the philipines but if u rent a home there urr power charge might be higher than urrrent a week I dont believe its any cheeper to live over there after spending just over 4 years there But in saying that i own my home in australia and own housei and a 2nd property in philipines House prices in aussie have gone sky high so idd under stand any australian who doseint own one in aussie would go there to retire probibly could rent one there for less than 500 dollars a mounth but pay 200 dollars a mounth in australia

I know this will sound crazy but! I can live in the rural US cheaper than the PI. But not as must fun as the PI. Now that’s with no rent in either place. But in the PI I’m not single and you won’t be to.

Whats beef like? The steaks shown in vid are local, not import i assume.
  • In case I missed it, what are YOU paying per month, and what are you getting for that?
